Userculture() not visible

Hello all

I wanted to create switch measure with userculture to create multi language dashboard. But when I'm searching for this function:

The only results that I see is

While it doesnot show up in the DAX Intellisense, and also shows wriggly lines when used inside a measure. If you commit the measure, the measure will not error out.

So go ahead and use the function.
