Hello everyone,
I have two users in a team. User A developed the report using csv file and saved it in one drive folder. User B downloaded the report and the file from one drive folder to his laptop, remapped the file location to his local machine. After this changes, when he try to save the Power BI Report in his local machine, he is unable to save the report. application is throwing an error as shown in attached image. He already have a pro licence. User A and myself do have any issue in saving the report.
we tried changing the owner of the data file and even then User B is unable to save the report.
can you please suggest anything that fixes the issue.

Can you make sure the user is logged into Power BI Desktop with his/her credentials and then try to save the pbix file?

Thank you for your response. this helped. user got a copy with unrestricted sensitivity and he is abled to save the document. We should have these issues as he is part of the orgnization and our team is working on fixing this.
