User choosing measure in multi-line graph - Column & Line values

Hi,

I have built measures to create the below multi-line graph, where

column values are

1.Dark Blue - Revenue$, 2.Blue - Rebate paid$, 3.Black - Net of Revenue$
Line Values- Pink & Yellow which are GM% & Disc%

the report published to management, but we rep wanted to share they don't want to show NoR$ (Column) & GM%.

So is there a way Rep can remove & show only Revenue, Rebate & Discount%,.. (Choose themself)

Please help me

Hi, @mohan_g_das1986

I'd like to suggest you keep the columns you want to display and remove the columns you want to hide in 'Fields' area before you share the report.

Or you may try the 'Personalize visuals' feature.

Using this feature, your end-users can explore a visual in many ways:

  • Change the visualization type
  • Swap out a measure or dimension
  • Add or remove a legend
  • Compare two or more different measures
  • Change aggregations, etc.

Not only does this feature allow for new exploration capabilities, but it also includes ways for end-users to capture, share, and revert their changes:

  • Capture their changes
  • Share their changes
  • Reset all their changes to a report
  • Reset all their changes to a visual
  • Clear out their recent changes

Best Regards
