User-based default view with access to additional reports also.

Hello Everyone,

I need the user to see his report by default when he logs into the PowerBI service, and later he can see the data of other users as well.

For ex:- When the District Manager logs on, his report is automatically presented; afterwards, he can access the dashboard to view the reports of other users.

The only way to achieve that is via URL filters. Not worth the effort. My previous advice still stands.

allow your users to save filter choices, and teach them how to use the filter pane and the bookmarks function.

They will have to create their own default view once but after that they will see that setting when they return to the Power BI service.

"Reset to Defaults"  will not work in that scenario unless you combine it with a personal  bookmark.
