Hello Everyone,
I would like to get the region of a user (in the User information list in Sharepoint), I checked all the columns in the data transform editor (even the hidden ones) but I could not find any specific column that has exactly that value specifying the region of the user (like Emea AMS Mexico this kind of format).. Shall I import data from Azure AD and then link it to this SharePoint list? Are there any other ways to get the region without going outside of Sharepoint?
Thanks in advance,
Regards.

Hello @Anonymous,
I believe the most robust way to get user region data is by importing it from Azure Active Directory. This approach allows you to pull user attributes, including region, if it's defined in AAD.
Alternatively, you can create a custom mapping table in Power BI or another database.
Hope this helps.
