Friends, I have created a report and published it as an APP. In the report itself , I am planning to create a visual which shows the details of Users who have viewed that app
Is there any Possibility to Build such kind of Visual, If possible Please let me know your comments
Work space name - test , Users - A, B, C
My Sample Visual is Table
User Name Last Viewed
A 1 Apr 2020
B 2 Apr 2020
C 1 Apr 2020

You could try the monitor usage metric for reports and dashboards. It is a completed report rather than one visual. It may show that one of your reports is used daily by a huge segment of the organization and it may show that a dashboard you created isn't being viewed at all. This type of feedback is invaluable in guiding your work efforts.
It may not meet your requirement fully. You could use it as a workaround. If you want more details, maybe the Audit Logs in Office 365 can help you.

You can use a table or matrix. Take user name on row and for date take aggregation as last or Max
