User Cannot see the changes i published

I made some color changes and published , neither me nor the users can see the changes i made. I went to manage gateways and it asked me to update to latest version of gateway and i updated , still i have the same issue.

    I sometimes get this when users are looking at the app version of a report and I've only updated things to the workspace

      Thanks Amit and Jthompson. I clerared cache and still its the same . We are viewing the reports on our computers and not phone.

      Things i trouble shooted :

      1) Deleted the report from the workspace and re-published it.

      2) Deleted the report from the workspace and renamed the desktop report and published.

      3) Cleared cache multiple times.

      Please need help as this report is production report and highly visible. Please tell me how to open a ticket for this issue with MS.
