Useing formula "Same month last year" and only showing present year?

Hi, with a lot of help from here, i have managed to built a well working formula for same month last year:

Same month last year =

CALCULATE(

SUM(Data_akk[Antal rejser]);

FILTER(

ALLSELECTED(Data_akk);

Data_akk[YEar]=SELECTEDVALUE(Data_akk[Year])-1&&

Data_akk[Month]=SELECTEDVALUE(Data_akk[Month])

)

)

However, if i only want to show the results from Jan-Jul 2020 by applying filter, the results from Same month last year 2019 disappears.

Is there any way i can show same month last year and hide or filter the results from 2019?

Hi @bilingual ,

You are applying a filter, table will be filtered if you are using ALLSELECTED() function. Use ALL() function instead.

last year MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-12,MONTH)))
last year MTD (complete) Sales =  CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(ENDOFMONTH(dateadd('Date'[Date],-12,MONTH))))
Month behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Month))
Year behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Year))
Next month value =  CALCULATE(sum('table'[total hours value]),nextmonth('Date'[Date]))

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :

@bilingual - Seems like you would want a different measure for that. Like TOTALYTD or it's equivalent. See if these help:
