Use column values as parameters to search column names

I'm looking to use values stored in a column to search for column names, to pull the requisite value from the searched column. Does anyone know how to do this? Here's the preferred before/after:

Before:

ColNames	Attr1	Attr2
Attr1	1	4
Attr1	2	5
Attr2	3	6

After:

ColNames	Attr1	Attr2	NewCol
Attr1	1	4	1
Attr1	2	5	2
Attr2	3	6	6
