Use a single selction across multiple pages

I am lookig how to select a week number on page 1 (as drop down) anad havae it carry this selection across the other pages in a report, without having to have a drop down on each page to reselct the same week.

 

At the moment, as a user, I select week 39 on page 1 then on page 2 the same filter visualisation is used but defaults to all, so I have to select 39 here seperately to impact the other visualisations on page 2.

 

I want to select week 39 once on the forst page and have it carry through to the whole document without having to select it on each page and I do not want to  have all the filters visible to users

 

Any ideas?

    Anonymous,

     

    You could sync the slicer to each page and make the slicer visible only on the first page.

     

    Another option is to add a filter to the "Filters on all pages" section of the Filters pane. Click the "hide filter" icon to hide the filter.
