Use a measure (it has count) in a slicer for a page with plot

I want to show a plot of all the differences between measured and predicted, but only if there are at least x samples per group. Is there a way I can have a slicer on the page (like one with a sliding bar for the max and min values), where I can specify the allowed count, and then the plot updates to show the groups where it is valid? I have a date slicer on the page already too.

For the count, I used:

Count = COUNT(Table[Value])

And the barplot has X-axis = Group, Y-axis = Value, and legend = Type.

For my data, I have:

Value (numeric), Group (character: blue, red, orange, etc.), Type (character: measured vs predicted)

Thank you.
