Use a Hierarchy with different level

Hi,

I am a new user and I need help to choose a modeling. I need to do project monitoring, more specifically, do schedule tracking.

Project/Planning  (sheet "Hierarchy Poject) : For this dimension , I have different project, sub-project and at the end, for each sub-subproject, one or more planning.

Milestone : Each Month, I make a baseline for each milestone with the expected delivery.

The aim is to build a report to see progress of projects, for example, a tab with the date of baseline creation (in rows) and the milestone date (in columns) . I must have a hierarchie Slicer with Projet & Planning (perhaps a heirarchy slicer for the project & another for the Planning)

Can You help me for modeling the best solution ? (FI : we have a lot of a data.....)
