Use Bookmarks with Drop Down lists

Hello,

Do we have the option of using Bookmarks with drop down lists? With Tables? MAtrix? Currently I am only able to use bookmarks with Buttons. I do not want to create 14 buttons for each option I have! What is the best way to avoid creating 14 buttons and use bookmarks? Thank you.
