Usar Calculate and Disntinc en una formula

Me podrian apoyar, tengo que sacar una formula donde filtre dos cosas

1- La cantidad de trues en una tabla

2- el distinc de los registros que tengan true para ver que sean diferentes personas

En este caso el valor de True seria 3 por que son 3 registros pero ocupo que tenga revise los TTis donde realmente solo son dos personas

1 -CALCULATE(COUNTROWS(filter(OTS, OTS[OTS]= TRUE())) /calculate(DISTINCTCOUNT(OTS[IDs]) ))*1

En esta formula ocupo aqui que me saque el Distinc de los TTis: CALCULATE(COUNTROWS(filter(OTS, OTS[OTS]= TRUE())) y ya despues lo demas :/calculate(DISTINCTCOUNT(OTS[IDs]) ))*1
