Url reference to report

Hi,

I am looking for a better navigation to jump from a Dashboard tile to a report tab.  Currently I was using an Url ref but since the refs are user specific they will fail if I sent the solution to the mass.  Is their a way to Expose the "Go to Report" menu without clicking multiple times and driving via the upper right hand corner "..." 3 dots.

I am wondering if its a matter of changing the "me" to "invite" to be successfull.
