All,
The power BI file we have created exceeds 1GB, so I got the PPU license to be able to publish it online. Thanks to the license, I am now able to do it. However, when the users of the report (they have the PRO license) open the link to the file, they are asked to upgrade to the premium license. Is that truly necessary for them to be able to open the dashboard? I just want them to use it, not edit it. Also, the message they get asks them to do a free trial of the premium license, but that will end in a few months. Anyway, I am seeing conflicting info online, so if anyone could help me figure out how my PRO users can open the dashboard, I would be eternally grateful. I hope they don't all have to get PPU simply to use the dashboard. Thanks! The message the users get is below.

@IgorGershenson , Ideally If use PPU, you should prefer all PPU licenses. PPU and Pro have different feature sets so clubbing them is not a good idea. All Viewers in this case will need PPU.
@amitchandak I heard that if I share my Apps containing this report with my users, they will be able to open it without getting PPU. is that right?
