Urgent Help on Matrix

Hello,   I have 14 tables they are individual KPI tables with date,country and Actual values. Additionally i have created 3 tables one for Date,country and Target.   I am creating a Matrix visual...

I have 14 Indivual KPI tables with Metric name, country, date, Actual value.

I have created 3 tables Country, Date, Target

Country table links to kpi tables on country.
date table links to kpi tables on date.
Target Table links to Kpi tables on Metric name.

it is going to be difficult to help solve the problem without seeing a sample of your tables (with false data if need be).

are the sum of actuals in your matrix summing up values form different columns?
