Urgent Help Regarding Importing KPIS from Excel into PBI Dashboard.

Hello everyone I have a question. My team mate made a dashboard which consists of some KPis. I have to add some more KPiS from some columns which exists in an excel file. To make the KPIs I need to import that specific table on PowerBi and then how I can connect that table to main table? Plus I am also unaware what’s the main table as it’s made by someone else so how I can figure that out I would be grateful for your support. And it’s urgent I need to make them today

Hi @cryptosun1000 ，

Firstly, I think you can connect to Excel in Power BI Desktop to load the tables you need.

Then if you want to create relationships between the fact table and your tables, there should be related columns in both tables.

You also can create Dimtables to help you create Star schema data model.
