Urgent Help - MongoDB connect with PowerBI

Trying to connect with mongodb server from powerbi and load the data using ODBC Driver.

I am able to connect mongodb server using studio 3t.

 

but when i try it in as odbc administrator and add dsn by following the below link

then it is showing warning

from studio 3t i have given below previliges for the perticular user

Please suggest me how can i get this done.

Hi Mohan,

 

1. Did you test the ODBC connection when you created it?

2. Did you connect the MongoDB with other application through ODBC? Like Excel?

1:- while im trying to "Test Connect" it only I am getting the above error.

connection is not yet established.

 

2:- I didnt tried with other application.

but i did tried to connect with other mongodb server and it got successfully connected.

 

Hi @Anonymous,

 

According to your last post, I'm afraid there is something wrong with your MongoDB server. 

1. It's the "Test Connect" in "ODBC MongoDB Driver Setup". It fails at the beginning.

2. That means your MongoDB server has issues.

Please share the solution with us if you can.
