Hello I have the count of differences in a measure and I want this number of differences I have identified the numbers of orders

Did you mean you want the difference calculations to work on detail rows instead of only working on the total level? If that is the case, you can try to use the following measure formulas if helps:
Q minus Nro_de_Negocio =
COUNT ( 'Unified Orders'[Nro_de_Negocio] )
- CALCULATE (
COUNT ( INF01_Ordenes_v2_2[Q_ORDEN] ),
ALLSELECTED ( INF01_Ordenes_v2_2 ),
VALUES ( INF01_Ordenes_v2_2[Norder] )
)
