Hello, as a workaround you can uncheck the preview feature "Enhanced Publish dialog" from PowerBi Option.
Then close your power Bi, and open it again, and it works.
Good afternoon!! They should consider that those publications where they are users only view a report and not be required to purchase a Power Bi-Pro license (US 9 per month) to simply view. It is an appreciation. Best regards
Same Problem. It is a shame. Noone hasn't validated it at Redmond?
Same version and same issue for me...
If the 'Select' button does not appear, click on your <Esc> on your pc and then 'Publish' again.
That works for me.
Very annoying that a broken preview feature is enabled by default. Is there a group policy or something to disable this preview feature for the whole organisation?

Hi @AmiraBedh
After my test, this problem is no longer present with the latest version of PowerBi Desktop. If you still have this problem, you can try reinstalling PowerBI Desktop.

What was the test, I am not able to publish but I can select the workspace. PBI - 2.129.905.0
I'm having the same problem. I noticed that the PBI Desktop was just updated to 2.129.905.0 today too, so it may be something about the latest update that's causing this.
I'm also having this error with version 2.129.905.0
