Urgent - Button with Web URL action not working

I have been working on a program for months that has a button with a Web URL action that opens an emain window. It has been working well, but just stopped working today...of course the day it goes to...

Hi PCorbitt - can you check the URL is working as expected when you copy and use it on web brower as a part of troubleshooting? and also try to cross check in actions right URL entered in the "Web URL" field

 

 

check if there is any recent changes in URL destination too.

Thank you for looking this over. Yes, the link is a mailto: address which works as it should (opens my email, addresses it and adds a subject) when I apply it to text in a text box. However, when I put it in the Action/Web URL box for a button it doesn't do anything at all.
