Uploading from Sharepoint Online List - data display

I have uploaded data from a Sharepoint Online List - everything is fine EXCEPT where the data in the Sharepoint list is selected from either a drop down list or from the businesses Active Directory of users.  Here is just displays [List].  How do I get the real data to be displayed
