Uploading Paginated Reports to PowerBI - Power BI field on parameters is grayed out.

I'm trying to upload  Paginated report into Power BI.   Power BI Field is grayed out and I'm unable to "Select reated field"

Becuse of this, the report is not applying the filters and is unable to run in the power bi
