Advocate IIIUpgrade PBIX Version / Files Don't Match
I'm really confused why my pbix files don't all match (eg: filters are listed within visualization pane vs filter pane) and tell me there is an update available when I've already updated. How can I get them all running on the same version?

Click File-> options-> Current files-> report settings and check if the "Filter Experience" options have been selected.

Are the two PBIX files created in the same time? For example, if one of the pbix is created one years ago, the visual level filter pane would be different.
