Updating visual on multiple tabs
Hi, Anonymous
If you need to show the corresponding data to the corresponding users, then I think the best way is to use RLS. There is no need to use bookmarks or copy.
You can check the document:Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
You can define roles and rules within Power BI Desktop. When you publish to Power BI, it also publishes the role definitions. It may be unfamiliar the first time you use it, but it is really suitable for your needs.
If you encounter any problems, please feel free to ask me.

Anonymous , I doubt you can link. You can copy paste visual from one tab to another.

You can sync slicer if needed.
I had copied the tab, I assume that does not link the visuals then?
I am linking visuals with tables / matrixes, not slicers.
I have the department filter in the background, because every department is only supposed to be able to view their own data.
