Updating bookmarks
I have a large number of books marks tied to a Month slicer. When I refresh my data with the new month's data, I have to update all my bookmarks so they select the new month. Is there a way to automatically update the slicer choice for all the bookmarks?
For example
- For the month of February 2020, for each bookmark, I selected the Feb 2020 on the month slicer and I update bookmark. I do this by selecting the bookmark, changing the slicer value, and updating the bookmark
- Since I have over 50 bookmarks I have to do this 50 times
- When I have new month's data, say March 2020, before I published my updated dashboard for users, I have to go and update the Month slicer for the 50 bookmarks so all the visuals show March data
I am looking for a way to easily update all the bookmarks with the latest value of Month for the slicer.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions
Jose
Hi jj5786 ,
Do you sync slicers in all bookmarks? Please reference the document: Sync and use slicers on other pages to have a try.
