Updating an auto generated Analyze graph

This scatter plot was auto generated using the "Analyze" feature and added it to my report.  Since then, I've updated the underlying data and would like to change the y axis from 10/31/2022 to 12/31/2022.  However, I can't find any way to change the criteria for the axis.  Any guidance is appreciated.

    HI kaamom22 ,

     

    I don't think you can access this underlying code that you are talking about.

    The only one thing you can do is re-create this graph using the data.

    HI kaamom22 ,

    You can may be add a Date slicer to your report which can help you slice the charts on your report.

    Great idea Pragati11 .  I tried changing page filters and filters on the visual with no luck.  There must be some underlying code that was created when the visual was generated by the Analyze feature that is forcing the X and Y axis to be filterd by the dates.  But, I can't seem to locate where that might be in order to change it.

      Actually it completly depends on what and how you are trying to analyse the data using this analyse feature. See a scenario below where the anlysed chart after added to the report page chnages using slicers.

       

      This is chart showing sales overtime.

      Now if I select a certain data point on my line chart and want to understand why there is an increase in sales at this point using Analyse feature: (December 2013)

      Using Analyse feature I end up seeing few charts explaining this increase and I add one of this explanation to my report page: 

      Sales by year, Month and Day part is the chart added from anlyse feature and then I also have a Category slicer on the report page.

      Now on chnaging the values in my slicer, this chart also changes:

      So this completly depends on what you are trying to analyse using this feature.

        Pragati11 The scenario you provided is a straight forward graph and slicer that compare two **different** data items.  This is autogenerated by the Analyze feature.  The X and Y axis are actual the same date field.  However, when the graph is auto generated, there is code that creates a filter for the X axis and a separate filter for the Y axis.  I need to access the code where the criteria has been selected to be able to change the Y axis date from 10/31/2022 to 12/31/2022.  There are currently no visible filters or slicers on the visual or the page.  So, I think they only way to change this is to access the underlying code for the visual.
