Updating Web API Credentials causing lockouts on Power BI File

We have many data source connections that require a basic username and password when using a Web API call.  The password for each is set to expire after a specific time.  We have about 4-5 developers...

    Hi MetricMan ，

     

    Have you tried disabling the parallel loading of tables? When disabled, the tables will be refreshed sequentially in Desktop in a ranked order. This allows you to refresh queries that return valid tokens first, and then use those tokens to query the content. For more information, please refer to: How to track refresh time in Power BI Desktop .

     

     

    Or disable table refresh and re-enable it when it is refreshed.
