Updated to New PowerBI but can't Login...

I just installed the latest powerBI available as of today, the only problem I am having now is..... I can't login... Everytime I input my email address - it does nothing... the prompt box disappears after I hit continue and nothing happens.

Apparently, I have to login to our VPN now - this was not a requirement with the older version.

Typical things to try:

1. Close and restart the app
2. Reboot your PC
3. Clear your browser cache - it interacts with your browser during the log in
4. be patient and try again in a few hours
5. Contact support via this link if it persists.
