Update online: Change connection string to MYSQL DB with SELECT problem for table PROC

I have figured out why I cannot update from online.   I get an error: MySQL: SELECT command denied to user 'XXX' for tablr 'proc'   I can read several places that it is a comon problem on MySQL. ...

    There seems no way to apply the first option in your link in powerbi, so far I don't find anywhere to change the connection string.
    Try the second option, granting sufficient permission.

    I got acces to the PROC table last week and now I can refresh.
