Update Power BI Table from Report

Hello All,

I have a new requirement and thinking power apps can help but not sure how it works . 

I have a internal Table which is created inside Power BI by manually writing the records(Enter Data option) . I should provide the way to users that they should be able to update the data in this table from report . They should have the feasibility to insert New record, see the list of records, and delete any of the record .

Please let me know how can we achieve this .
