Unzip xls. file from website in Power Bi

Hey there, im having some issues with the "unzip" command.

Ive been using these forums as reference and have tried both solutions but when trying to unzip de data i end up with the headers and nothing else.

I work for a gas company that need to match prices live so unzipping it manually is not an option. Here is the link to the zip file if it may help.
