Hi,
the trial period started automatically without my request, this is not fair behaviour. I don't have time to test the features now. How do I turn on pause or cancel it so I can turn them on sometime later when I want?
I cancelled mine and will contact support and ask it to be reinstated
Same issue for me - I have not started a trial just clicked on the page where the doco said I would find an option under account to start a trial - mine has automatically started and I am no where ready to use it yet.
Hi @JiriJiri
You can find the option to cancel your subscription in your "personal settings".
Regarding the possibility of pausing your trial, the current Power BI service does not offer an option to pause and resume the trial period at a later time. The trial is designed to provide a continuous 60-day experience to explore the full capabilities of Power BI.
Best Regards,
Jayleny

Hi,
thank you for your answer. I found the Cancel trial option, but it doesn't make sense for me because I'll be depriving myself of the 60 days I started and I'll have nothing at all. I find it completely unserious that Microsoft is starting a 60 day trial without my explicit consent, just because I accidentally click on the paid features button.
