Unstack the stacked bar chart

I am wondering is there a way to get the unstacked bar from a stacked bar chart. 

I would like the visual presented in the below way:

 You can see that the bars are not stacked together, it can be dynamic change the length of the bar based on the numbers.

Right now, I only discover that the closest way is using stacked bar chart:

However, the bars are stacked together. 

Anyone can help? Thanks!
