I have this table that i have created with summarize

 

ML Model|Month|Measure 1|Measure 2|Measure 3

  Port IN     JAN           X1             X2             X3

 

What I want to do is..

ML Model | Month | New Column | New Column

   Port IN      JAN          Measure 1          X1

   Port IN      JAN          Measure 2          X2

   Port IN      JAN          Measure 3          X3
