Unpivoting Multiple Columns in Powerquery

HI All,
I have a requirment to unpivot a group of coulmns and bring it as singly column..Please find the sample screenshot for the same 

 

Input:

Output :

Not if we are having null then it ishould show those value instead of showing the whole table as null

Need Help
Show and Tell

    Hi PBILearner2022 -we perform unpivot on multiple other columns in a table as below, if you can provide some sample data  in excel with more explaination at our end will test and check it.
