Unpivot multiple columns

Hi Team,

I have a table for order details. Data has columns for each product ordered in a single order. I want to unpivot this data so that I get individual columns for product, kg and quantity. I tried unpivoting option in query editor but the results are not as expected.

I have shared a screenshot with this. Here Table 1 indicates the current data structure and I want to transform the data as Table 2.

Kindly help me on this.

  • Hi Jos13

    1. select 'date" and "customer", select "unpivot other columns",

    2.select 'Attribute" and split column

    3.select 'Attribute.1" and pivot

    Best Regards

  • Jos13 you have to first unpivot by selected date and customer column and then pivot it back.
