Unpivot issue

| Tower | Surveys Sent | Surveys Completed | Surveys Sent | Surveys Completed |
| A | 22 | 20 | 99 | 90 |
| B | 33 | 30 | 88 | 80 |
How can i convert this to a normalised form? I need to compare the surveys sent and completed for Prior and Current month using a bar chart.
How can i edit the above table in power BI to look like the below table?
| Tower | Month | Surveys Sent | Surveys Completed |
| A | Prior Month | 22 | 20 |
| A | Current Month | 99 | 9 |
| B | Prior Month | 33 | 30 |
| B | Current Month | 88 | 80 |
