Unpivot columns in PowerBi leads to error or null values to other columns

Hi all,

I have noticed that when I am executing unpivot of columns in my PowerBI, a portion of other columns which are irrelevant to the targeted ones are automatically getting null or error values.

Any ideas?

Have faced similar issue?

P.S: Note that loaded xl file has 100 or even more columns and 2000 rows.
