Hello,
I have a folder with different companies with annual figures.
The years are in different columns. In Power Bi i unpivot these year columns.
When i started the companies i added in the folder were all the years 2013 - 2017.
Now i added a company that had the years 2014 - 2018.
There it goes wrong, these years are also seen as 2013 - 2017.
Is there a solution for this, or is this the risk when unpivoting tables?
I've added a testfile
Test File
Kind regards
Marcel
Hi @marsclone ,
I still have a little confused about your scenario.
If it is convenient, could you share some screenshots to describe it in more details and share your desired output so that we could help further on it?
Or, ideally, share the pbix (beware of confidential data).
Best Regards,
Cherry
Hi @v-piga-msft
I've added the Test File again, it was gone.
The figures can be found on the internet, so not confidential.
The Problem is, that the first files in the Folder had columns with the years 2013-2014-2015-2016-2017. I unpivoted this columns to better work with it.
Then i had a file with the years 2014-2015-2016-2017-2018, but when i put this in the Folder and renew the model, these years are also seen as 2013-2014-2015-2016-2017.
I hope you can find a workaround?
Kind regards
Marcel
