Unpivit Table on Powerbi Desktop

Hi,

I have created a new table ith only the value I want to unpivot, I did this beause I couldnt unpivot the master table as it was causing many issue as emplty rows where "not apprearing" on my other design.

So I have create the below table CL_Monthly with only the table I need to unpivit but I did it using PowerBI Desktop  but I cannot see my new table under PowerBI Query. Is it normal? I close and restart PowerBi but nothing changed.

Is there a way to unpivot my new table on PowerBI Desktop to have the following structure with two columns "Month & Amount".

Under Month (value will be Jan to Dec) and Amount will have the content on the column (Jan to Dec).

if someone can help...

thanks,

Kasiop

@Kasiop if you have created a calculated table in powerbi desktop, then it will not show in the power query window. You will have to modify your dax code to have the table in the format you wish to have. if possible try to create this new table in power query as there also you can summarize table and then pivot or unpivot columns.

Thanks, unpivoting table worked but I needed to replace null values by 0 or NA before to unpivot.
