Hi everyone.
I’m unable to solve the following issue. I have a table with orders number, order dates, item and quantity. I would like to get a visual that shows me the number of unique values for each date in the range. The item should only be counted the first time the item is being ordered in the selected range via a slicer.
If I chose the entire date range, I get something like this which is great.
But if I change the range, it doesn’t work anymore. because it seems like the values are fixed and not dynamic. I want it to re-evaluate for the selected range every time I change the range.
In summary I want to know, in a selected time period, how many codes were ordered for the first time in this period per day
Hope this makes sense.
Here's what the data looks like (I don't know how to upload the file)
Thanks a lot.
Nico
Hey @Greg_Deckler ,
Thank you so much for your response. I think theres a slight difference to what I'm looking for.
In my case, I don't care about anything that happened outside of the selected range. I only want to look in that seleced range and only count the item the date it appears for the first time within that range.
@wendeeeler I believe you want Better Sales from New Customers: Better Sales from New Customers - Microsoft Fabric Community. Sounds like the same concept anyway.
