Unique Problem. Not sure how to go about this.
Hi All:
This community has been awesome in helping me grow from Novice/Uninitiated to somewhat knowledgable. I have a very unique problem, at least to me, that is. I am not sure how would I even go about looking for similar topics to see if I can adopt a different solution to address my problem.
Objective: To see how many items on average an operator picks into a tote for every order.
Data: I have a 3 queries that pull in the following data:
- Order lines - To pull in the order data.
- Picking transactions - To pull in the Operator names for the items picked for the orders.
- Tote Capacity - To see how many items are picked into a tote.
** In future, I will (most likely someone from the Ops team will) help merge these 3 queries to get the relevant data**.
What I currently have:
I am using a measure to calculate Lines per Tote, Items per Tote, etc. But this is not really helpful to coach the operators to improve their picking.
I need to show the Quantity vs Tote by Operators. I can drag the Operators to the graph, but it makes it completely useless. Here is how it looks:
This brings me to another issue -- The measures do not filter when I select a particular operator since they are created on a high level.
IMP: The totes maybe re-used in next shift, so I have the date and shift filters on the report.
Please let me know if any more information is needed.
Thank you for your help!
