You can create a rule to colour it in.
Before:
Create the following measures to suit your needs.
color = IF(MAX('Table'[test2])<>BLANK(),"RED")
And refer:

@nehajadhav166 I think they exist for squares but not rectangles. Scroll to bottom of page:
