Unicode Library? not getting correct symbol.

UNICHAR expects decimal codes. Your information contains hexadecimal codes.
Hex 2757 = Decimal 10071.
You can find a conversion function in the link below this video (the link starts at the point where the function is explained).
This is how the function can be used to convert "2757" from hexadecimal to decimal:
= fnNumberBaseConversion("2757", 16, null) - 8 years ago
