Unexpected Error: Read or write operation to an encrypted file

Whenever trying to open up a PBI file, I get the following error message: 

 

"the read or write operation to an encrypted file could not be completed because the file has not been opened for data access"

 

Does someone know how to fix this?

      Hi jacoma,

       

      One possibility, your Power BI file is connecting to an encrypted data source. So you cannot access it. Please verify this.
