Underlying connection was closed - Dynamics Nav Data Source error

I am trying to connect Dynamics NAV 2017 to Power BI Desktop as an Online Services data source, however, I keep receiving the error below.

 

Unable to Connect

We encountered an error while trying to connect.

Details: "Dynamics NAV: Request failed: The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly."

Hi @Anonymous ,

One thing to start doing is capturing web traffic traces using Fiddler, that should give us some insight of what may be happening.
