I have a list of 9 people that have 12 work orders each and I need to display how much time by Pie chart each are working on each catergory. Any suggestions?

Sorry for the ignoring the request for no screenshots. I need to display information like below in a pie chart by person and catergory. As of now I haven't created a relationship to each file attached (in power bi) by as mentioned below I'm very new to this software. I know a need to create a relationship but I also feel like I need a few measures. Any and all information received is greatly appreciated.

I have associates entering time (labor hours) in daily per 12 work orders created by catergories. I need to show how much time is entered daily, weekly, monthly, etc.. I also need to show/display by person and by catergories. Ulimately I need to display in a pie chart like below. I'm very new to Power BI and are trying to figure it out to catch up with my colleagues that have been working with it for 3 years. Hinceforth the name NEVERTOLD78. I appreciate any and all feedback.
