Unable use Text Analytics - Extract Key Phrases anymore

I can use this feature without issue in a few months ago, but it doesn't work anymore, I always get the error message below.

DataSource.Error: An error happened while reading data from the provider: '{"error":{"code":"PowerBINotAuthorizedException","pbi.error":{"code":"PowerBINotAuthorizedException","parameters":{},"details":[],"exceptionCulprit":1}}}'

Under "Preminum capacity used for AI Insights", I can see my company has Enterprise capacity

I tried to Google and Bing AI chat, can't find any useful answer yet.
